The Bangkok rooftop destination celebrates the iconic Italian aperitif from 21 to 27 September 2026, with acclaimed mixologist Noppasate “Depp” Hirunwathit behind the bar for one night only.

Red Sky at Centara Grand at CentralWorld turns red for Negroni Week, presenting a curated collection of classic and contemporary interpretations of one of Italy’s most celebrated cocktails from 21 to 27 September 2026.

Available at Red Sky restaurant and Red Sky bar, the week-long celebration invites guests to discover different expressions of the Negroni while taking in panoramic views of Bangkok after dark. The selection will range from the timeless combination of gin, vermouth and bitters to creative variations that bring new flavours and perspectives to the familiar aperitif.

Throughout Negroni Week, guests can enjoy specially curated Campari packages, including two Campari cocktails with one snack for THB 999 net, or three Campari cocktails with one snack for THB 1,199 net, available from 21 to 27 September 2026.

A highlight of the programme takes place on Thursday, 24 September 2026, when acclaimed Bangkok mixologist Noppasate “Depp” Hirunwathit steps behind the bar for a special guest shift from 19.00 hrs. For this special evening, guests can purchase a ticket at THB 590 net, including two Campari cocktails of their choice from the Mixologist’s menu.

With approximately 15 years of experience, Depp has established himself as a respected figure in Bangkok’s cocktail scene. For one evening, he will bring his individual approach and creative perspective to the Negroni, offering guests the opportunity to experience his interpretations of the Italian classic against Red Sky’s distinctive rooftop setting.

Whether guests prefer their Negroni served in its original form or reimagined with an unexpected twist, Negroni Week at Red Sky offers seven evenings dedicated to the cocktail’s balance of bitterness, sweetness and aromatic character.
