Centara Grand Ladprao Bangkok Unveils “HAGI x OSAKA PROJECT 2025” and “Japan Premium Food 2025 by JETRO”

Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok unveils two significant culinary campaigns at its renowned Japanese restaurant, Hagi: “HAGI x OSAKA PROJECT 2025” and “JAPAN PREMIUM FOOD 2025 BY JETRO”. Guests are invited to experience premium Japanese gastronomy through exclusive menus crafted with ingredients specially sourced from Osaka and various regions throughout Japan, meticulously curated by Hagi’s expert culinary team.

As the first Japanese restaurant within Centara Hotels & Resorts, Hagi continues to showcase authentic Japanese flavours through exceptional ingredients, supported by the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO Bangkok). A key highlight of these initiatives is the focus on presenting Japanese cuisine in its most profound form, emphasising flavour, provenance, and the cultural significance of ingredients delivered directly from producers in Japan, offering a dining experience seldom found elsewhere.

The launch event will take place on Friday, 12 December 2025, from 11.00 to 14.30 hrs at Hagi, located on the LL floor of Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok. Attendees will enjoy exclusive dishes from Osaka, premium Japanese beverages by Bacchus, and the opportunity to meet and engage with Hagi’s skilled chefs in an intimate setting designed to celebrate the year-end season.
